A chance to attend an experience with Audi presents (the "Promotion").

The promoter of the Promotion is Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited (trading as Audi UK) of Yeomans Drive, Blakelands, Milton Keynes MK14 5AN ("Promoter").

The experience provider is TMB Events, K3 and K4, Kingston Business Park, Kingston Bagpuize, Oxfordshire, OX13 5FE and SMG UK Limited and Ansco Arena Limited, or such other third party as is appointed by the Promoter to fulfil this function during the period of the Promotion ("Experience Provider").

By opting into the Promotion and activating your membership, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, which apply to the Promotion ("Terms and Conditions"):

Terms & Conditions

  1. The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over who:

    1. hold a valid UK driving licence;
    2. are a current Audi vehicle owner or named driver (included on, and as determined by, the Promoter's customer database) at the time of activating their account in accordance with paragraph 4; and
    3. are not employees of the Promoter, its agents or contractors, Volkswagen Group brand retailers and anyone else connected with the Promotion.
    To be listed as a current "Audi vehicle owner" or “Audi vehicle named driver” on the Promoter's database as required for the purposes of this Promotion, individuals must have either (i) purchased a new or used Audi from an approved Audi Centre or (ii) participated in an aftersales activity at an approved Audi Centre.

Routes of entry

  1. To enter the Promotion, eligible individuals:

    1. who have opted in to marketing communications from the Promoter will be invited to participate and must then register and activate their Audi presents membership in accordance with the process set out below; or
    2. who have not opted in to marketing communications from the Promoter can go to https://www.audi.co.uk/uk/web/en/discover/lifestyle/audi-presents/resend invitation.html, give permission and request an invitation to participate. Once the Promoter has verified their eligibility an invite will be sent, and the individual must then register and activate their Audi presents membership in accordance with the process set out below.

Registration and Activation

  1. When:

    1. an individual who has opted in to marketing communications from the Promoter becomes eligible (in accordance with paragraph 1 above) they will be sent an invitation email;
    2. an individual who has not opted in to marketing communications from the Promoter gives permission and requests an invitation to participate (in accordance with paragraph 2(b) above) they will be sent an invitation email once the Promoter has verified their eligibility.
    Please allow up to fourteen (14) days for receipt of this email. If you have not received this email within this time, please contact events@audipresents.co.uk. Individuals who are eligible but are not yet registered may be sent periodic reminders where we have a lawful basis to contact them.
  2. Upon receipt of an invitation email, individuals will need to:

    1. follow the link provided in the email;
    2. activate their account and complete the online form by providing the information requested; and
    3. accept these Terms and Conditions,
    to activate their Audi presents membership. Once individuals have activated their Audi presents membership, they will be entitled to the benefits of this Promotion. Individuals who have validly activated their Audi presents membership are referred to as "Participants" in these Terms and Conditions.
  3. The email used to activate the account must be the email address that received the invitation email.
  4. Individuals who have not activated their Audi presents membership in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be entitled to the benefits of this Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for situations where individuals do not successfully complete the activation of their Audi presents membership due to a technical fault of any kind or for any other reason. Any incomplete activations will not be considered valid for entry into the Promotion.
  5. When activating their account, the individual will need to provide their mobile telephone number, city and postcode, email address and select their interest preferences from a number of categories which may include, for example: (a) Music, (b) Comedy, (c) Food, (d) Golf (e) Film/Cinema (f) Family Entertainment, (g) Football (known collectively as "Interest Categories" and separately as an "Interest Category"). Available Interest Categories may change from time at the discretion of the Promoter. Participants can amend their Interest Categories during their participation in the Promotion by emailing events@audipresents.co.uk. Interest Categories will be used for marketing purposes and may be used to assign Successful Participants to Experiences (as defined in paragraph 16 below).

General Eligibility

  1. If at any point during their Audi presents membership, an individual is no longer the registered owner or named driver of an Audi vehicle (as determined by the Promoter's customer database) or is otherwise no longer eligible in accordance with paragraph 1, the Promoter reserves right to remove a Participant from the Promotion (including without limitation removing a Successful Participant from an Experience).

General Restrictions

  1. Each individual may have only one activated (1) Audi presents membership at any time. Should an individual seek to activate multiple Audi presents memberships, only the first activation will constitute a valid entry into the Promotion.
  2. The invitation email (referred to in paragraph 3 above) is personal to each individual. Recipients are not entitled to share or forward the email or link to other individuals. Individuals who have not been contacted directly by the Promoter shall not be accepted or entered into the Promotion.
  3. No bulk entries or entries from agents, third parties, syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, script or the use of automated devices are permitted.

Audi presents Promotion

  1. Each Participant’s participation in the Promotion will run for a 12-month period starting from the date they activate their Audi presents membership in accordance with paragraph 4 above (their initial "Participation Period"). For example, if a Participant activated their Audi presents membership on 1 January, their initial Participation Period would run until 31 December of the same year.
  2. On the expiry of an individual Participant's Participation Period, if the Participant remains eligible for the Promotion, the Participant will automatically be re-registered for the next 12-months (a further "Participation Period") unless the Participant withdraws from the Promotion by emailing unsubscribe@audipresents.co.uk with their full name.
  3. The Promoter anticipates (but does not guarantee) that there will be approximately 2,000 pairs of experience tickets in total, made available across all Participants (with a current Audi presents membership) in each calendar year. Applications for these tickets are open to all qualifying Participants, subject to availability, and they include but are not limited to: sporting events, comedy and music events (together "Experiences"). Experiences will generally consist of one pair of tickets for an Experience as chosen by the Experience Provider or the Promoter. Certain Experiences may provide a greater number of tickets, and Participants that are eligible to book an Experience (the "Successful Participants") will be informed of this difference when an Experience becomes available. Only selected "Audi presents" experiences and events will be made available through the Promotion (at the discretion of the Promoter).
  4. There is no guarantee that any particular experience or event will form part of the Promotion or that an Experience made available in one particular calendar year will be awarded through the Promotion in any subsequent calendar year. "Audi presents" branding does not guarantee that a particular experience or event will be included within the Promotion.
  5. Unless otherwise stated by the Promoter or the Experience Provider, Experiences do not include: transportation costs to or from the Experience venue; meals; drinks; entertainment; spending money; personal insurance; or any other costs. Any such costs shall be borne exclusively by the Successful Participant.
  6. Entry into the Promotion/a validly activated Audi presents membership does not guarantee a place on any Experiences.
  7. The Promoter, at their sole discretion, will make Experiences open to all qualifying Participants (or all qualifying Participants who have expressed an interest in particular Interest Categories) available on a first-come, first-served basis. Experiences will be added to the website when they become available - Participants are encouraged to check the 'Audi presents' website periodically each month so that they can apply for the latest Experiences. Participants who have opted in to marketing communications will also be sent a monthly email advising what Experiences are available. Participants will need to log-in to their Audi presents membership page to enter the draw for an Experience and/or other prize draw hosted as part of the Promotion.
  8. Participants who have already attended an Experience during their current Participation Period will not be eligible to attend an additional Experience within that Participation Period, subject to paragraphs 23 and 25 below. Once all available places have been filled for any Experience, there will be no more made available.
  9. Except as set out in paragraphs 23 and 25 below:

    1. Each Participant is eligible to receive one (1) pair of Experience tickets only during each Participation Period; and
    2. When a Participant books an Experience, each Participant acknowledges that this is the only Experience that they can book during that Participation Period unless the Promoter specifically notifies them otherwise.
  10. If they cannot attend an Experience they have booked, the Successful Participant must notify the Promoter via telephone at +44 (0) 1908 601058, email to events@audipresents.co.uk or via their Audi presents membership page, at least seven (7) clear days before the Experience. So long as they provide seven (7) clear days' notice in this way, they will be entitled to book and attend an alternative Experience for that Participation Period. If a Successful Participant cancels their place less than seven (7) days (not inclusive) prior to an Experience or does not attend the Experience having not previously cancelled their place, the Successful Participant will not be entitled to attend another Experience for the remainder of the relevant Participation Period.
  11. If a Successful Participant becomes ineligible for the Promotion as they are no longer the registered owner or named driver of an Audi vehicle (as determined by the Promoter’s customer database) or is otherwise no longer eligible in accordance with paragraph 1 and explained above in paragraph 8, and has successfully booked onto an Experience, their Experience booking will be cancelled. There will be no compensation for any costs related to the Experience booking as set out in paragraph 18.
  12. The Promoter may, in its discretion, obtain or make available other experience tickets as part of its overall Audi presents programme. Any such tickets or experiences may, at the discretion of the Promoter:

    1. be allocated to Participants as Experiences in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
    2. be allocated to Participants or non-Participants as bespoke experiences on grounds determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion, which may include geographical location or the number, value to the Promoter and/or date of customer interactions with the Promoter ("Bespoke Experiences").
    Bespoke Experiences do not form part of the Promotion, are not advertised as such and are not open to all Participants or allocated or awarded in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Participating in the Promotion does not guarantee eligibility for, or award of, any Bespoke Experiences and you should not join the Promotion in the expectation of receiving any Bespoke Experience.
  13. Each Successful Participant and their guest(s) may be required to produce valid photographic identification on request by the Promoter or the Experience Provider.
  14. In the event that contact cannot be made with a Successful Participant within seven (7) days of first contact by the Promoter, or the Successful Participant fails to provide the photographic identification details for them and/or their guest (if requested) within seven (7) days of the notification or otherwise on arrival at the event venue, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw their place in the Experience and offer up the Experience to another Participant or Successful Participant.
  15. We aim to send an information pack for the Experience to the Successful Participant by email approximately five (5) working days prior to the date of the relevant Experience.
  16. If physical tickets are provided, the Successful Participant will be required to collect the Experience tickets from the applicable venue prior to the start of the Experience. The Successful Participant and their guest(s) may be required to produce photographic identification to the Experience organisers or Experience venue.
  17. Participants and their guest(s) (where applicable) will need to adhere to any other terms and conditions and/or disclaimers provided as part of the Experience.
  18. The age requirement of the Successful Participant’s guest may be determined by the Experience organiser or the Experience venue. The Promoter strongly encourages Successful Participants to check beforehand for any age restrictions relating to an Experience. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any upset or any inconvenience caused by an age restriction imposed on a Successful Participant or their guest by a third party.
  19. The information pack for the Experience provided to the Successful Participant (in accordance with paragraph 28) will include any applicable information regarding wheelchair or similar access facilities at the Experience venue.
  20. All Experiences are non-transferable by the Participant and are non-refundable. No cash alternatives are available. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar experience of equal or greater value. By accepting the Experience, the Successful Participant undertakes not to sell or transfer (or promote for sale or transfer) their Experience in any way.
  21. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Participant it believes not to be participating within the spirit of the Promotion or suspects of participating in any unfair or unjust behaviour and this includes, but is not limited to, failure to attend an event without giving notice to the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to use its discretion in all respects and to enforce any penalty or sanction it deems appropriate.
  22. Any decision of the Promoter in respect of the Promotion is final (including any not covered by these Terms and Conditions). No correspondence will be entered into.
  23. Entry to the Experience is subject to the Experience organiser’s/venue’s terms and conditions as identified on the Experience ticket, the Experience organiser’s/venue’s website and/or any other published materials.
  24. Audi UK does not guarantee particular artists, dates or tickets to Participants. Experiences (including artists, dates, venues etc.) are subject to change at the discretion of the Experience organiser before or after allocation to Successful Participants. The Promoter cannot be responsible in the event of any such change.
  25. Each Successful Participant and their guest(s) as applicable agree to comply with the terms and conditions applicable to the issue and use of the Experience from time to time (as available and set out by the Experience organiser or such other webpage as determined by the Experience organiser, and venue owner or operator rules and regulations relating to access to the Experience venue and any other areas associated with the Experience). Furthermore each Successful Participant and his/her guest(s) acknowledge that they may be required to enter into a direct acknowledgement and/or agreement with the Experience organiser concerning use of the tickets and compliance with ticket terms and conditions prior to receiving/attending the Experience.
  26. Each Successful Participant agrees to take part in reasonable publicity activities as may be required by the Promoter in respect of the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to publish each Successful Participant’s name, photograph and county on its website, Facebook, Instagram and/or X pages.
  27. The Successful Participant may be filmed, photographed and/or interviewed by the Promoter during the Experience. Any film, photographs and interviews are the property of the Promoter (or its agents or contractor(s)) and the Successful Participant grants all necessary consents and rights to the Promoter (and its agents/contractor(s)) to use, reproduce, distribute and make derivative works of such footage, photographs, and/or testimonials in any media and through any media channel. The Successful Participant will be requested to respond to a post-event follow-up email to provide feedback on their Experience for the purpose of improving the guest experience. The Promoter will contact the Successful Participant using the email provided by the member during activation within one (1) month of the Experience taking place.
  28. The Successful Participant’s details (name and county) may be made available on request to those writing to Audi UK Events, Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited (trading as Audi UK) of Yeomans Drive, Blakelands, Milton Keynes MK14 5AN up to ten weeks after the Experience is awarded, enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope and referencing the ‘Audi presents’ promotion.
  29. For full information of how your personal data will be used, please see the Promoter’s privacy policy, a copy of which can be found here, and Audi presents’ supplementary privacy policy, a copy of which can be found here. The Promoter will use your personal data in line with its privacy policies and in order to fulfil the Experience including sharing your personal information with the relevant Experience organiser/venue and the Experience Provider.
  30. The Promotion is run exclusively by the Promoter. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, X or any other social media site. Where your personal data relating to the Promotion is shared with any of these sites by you, its processing shall be governed by their respective privacy policies.
  31. Participants will stay enrolled in the Promotion until the earlier of (a) the cessation of the Promotion, (b) the Participant no longer meeting the eligibility criteria set out in paragraph 1 above, or (c) the Participant withdraws from the Promotion by emailing unsubscribe@audipresents.co.uk with their full name.

General

  1. Except as otherwise required by applicable law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any entry or claim which for technical or other reasons is unsuccessful, incomplete, lost, late, damaged, corrupted or misdirected. The Promoter cannot accept liability for any system failures, network errors, website unavailability, hacks on the system, personal computer issues or any other issue out of its reasonable control.
  2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any personal items or baggage lost or stolen during any Experience or in otherwise taking up any Experience.
  3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any losses, damages or claims incurred by any person in connection with the Promotion or as a result of withdrawal from or cancellation of an Experience, whether by the Promoter or a Participant or for the receipt, use or misuse of any Experience.
  4. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend, foreclose or withdraw the Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Notwithstanding the Promoter’s right under this paragraph 47, the Promoter shall make reasonable efforts to make Participants aware of any material changes to these Terms and Conditions either via a link on the original marketing email about the Promotion or, for Participants, via a monthly email whereby the Participant will be given the option to unsubscribe.
  5. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend, foreclose or withdraw any Experience at any time and without prior notice and to the extent permitted by law without compensation for any reason including without limitation a reason related to any disruption arising from Covid-19.
  6. Contractual information including but not limited to Booking confirmations, Joining Instructions, Cancellation confirmations, prize draw entry confirmations, Partner Offer redemption confirmations will be sent via email.
  7. If there is a conflict in the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions will apply.

The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions (including any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of them) are subject to the laws of England and Wales and any disputes or claims must be referred to the courts of England and Wales. Consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may additionally bring an action in their home courts.
